Every tool in the set is chosen to match the bowl's character. The chasen is a 100-tine Hyakuhon-tate made from purple bamboo (kuro-chiku), with dark, dense tines that produce a fine, creamy foam. The chashaku is carved from the same purple bamboo — a long, gently curved scoop with visible grain and a quiet sense of craft. A ceramic chasen holder (kuse-naoshi) keeps the whisk in shape between uses. The fine-mesh stainless strainer has a natural wood handle and sifts matcha powder smoothly before whisking.
