Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders $60+ / $7.49 under $60
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated by the provider.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Calculated by the provider.
Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing, not at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at orders@plumtreeimports.com and we'll make it right.
