Tamagoyaki Pan – Small Japanese Iron Egg Makiyakinabe
The Small Tamagoyaki Pan by TakumiJapan is a compact, Made in Japan iron egg pan built for cooks who care about what goes into their food — and how it's cooked. Deceptively small in size, it's engineered for precision: the kind of pan that earns a permanent spot on your stovetop. Crafted from proprietary Magma Plate iron, it delivers even, high-heat cooking that seals in flavor and adds a natural source of dietary iron to every meal.
What is Magma Plate?
Magma Plate is a uniquely developed iron with a fine textured surface on both the inside and outside. The increased surface area improves heat conduction, cooking food evenly all the way through. The texture also makes the pan naturally oil-friendly — the more you use it, the better it performs and the less likely food is to stick.
