Crane of Longevity Santoku Knife
Crane of Longevity Santoku Knife
A warm golden-orange handle wrapped in a yuzen pattern of origami cranes and cherry blossoms — the crane (鶴, tsuru) a classic Japanese symbol of longevity and good fortune. Paired with a bright white steel blade that takes a razor edge and holds it through daily use.
White steel (Shirogami) is the choice of professional Japanese knife makers for its exceptional sharpness and ease of resharpening. The blade is triple-layered for durability. A santoku handles meat, fish, and vegetables with equal ease. Made in Japan.
