A square memo pad inspired by the retro, pop-style cautionary notices posted throughout Yutonamisha’s public bathhouses — playful reminders that help everyone, from first-timers to regulars, feel at ease in the sento. The illustrations were created by Ito THE Camp, who came to the project through a chance encounter with the Umeyu staff in the sauna.
Yutonamisha operates with the motto “Never erase public bathhouses from Japan,” and these cheerful bathing rules are a small but beloved part of that mission. Part of the Gokuraku Sento Meguri series — a collaboration between forme. and local public bathhouses. Made in Japan.
